US Supreme Court narrows class action against TransUnion

( June 25, 2021, 14:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Supreme Court decided 5-4 to narrow a class action against credit rating agency TransUnion, ruling that only members of the class who received credit reports falsely tying them to a list of terrorists or drug traffickers banned from doing business in the US have suffered the concrete harm necessary to establish standing. Other members of the class that were falsely flagged, but who never received a credit report during the class action period, didn't suffer a harm, Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote for the majority.See document below....
