Andros-Spreewaldhof deal gets German merger approval

( June 24, 2021, 12:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Packaged-fruit supplier Andros has received clearance for its acquisition of Spreewaldhof, the German competition authority has said. The companies both sell preserved fruit in glass jars and in cartons. The merger could be approved because of overcapacities in the market, and the presence of competitors that can react quickly.
