Ingevity not immune to BASF's US antitrust claims, judge rules

BASF won a $28.3 million jury verdict in Sep. 2021 against Ingevity in its case accusing the company of engaging in exclusive dealing arrangements to keep BASF’s automotive carbon absorber product from effectively competing.
