( March 13, 2018, 09:58 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce today published for a simple case review a proposed joint venture to be formed by Australia's logistics specialist Goodman Group, GIC Real Estate, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, the APG Strategic Real Estate Fund and the First State Superannuation Trustee Corporation. The JV will manage logistics real estate in Brazil. The period for public comment runs from today through March 22.The statement follows and the notification form is attached....
