( December 14, 2011, 08:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has published a revised framework on state aid to the shipbuilding sector, applicable from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013. Under the rules, the commission may authorise aid to shipyards or, in the case of export credits, aid to ship owners, which is granted for the building, repair or conversion of ships, as well as innovation aid granted for the construction of floating and moving offshore structures.Read the framework below....
