O2, Cetin, T-Mobile face EU probe over Czech network-sharing agreement
( October 25, 2016, 09:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- A network-sharing agreement in the Czech Republic between O2 CZ and Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura with T-Mobile’s Czech unit is being probed by the European Commission for a possible restriction to competition. The agreement covers all mobile technologies in the Czech Republic’s entire territory with the exception of Prague and Brno.
