Euranimi appeals tariffs on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products at top EU court

( April 11, 2023, 10:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Euranimi, the European Association of Non-Integrated Metal Importers and Distributors, has taken its legal challenge of definitive EU dumping duties on imports of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China and Taiwan to the EU's Court of Justice. In December, Euranimi's appeal was rejected by the General Court as inadmissible. Euranimi would like the case to be sent back to the General Court for examination of the substance of its action, citing wrong qualification of facts and distortion of evidence.The summary of the appeal follows.
