Tesla models added to Chinese local governments' procurement catalogs as China encourages foreign investment

Lin-gang Special Area investment promotion service center, a government entity for investment promotion in Shanghai’s free trade zone, announced recently that several state-owned enterprises for infrastructure construction, industrial park buildings, and public service provision have procured a batch of Tesla's Shanghai-produced Model Y vehicles.
