Ex-Citigroup forex trader can't pursue malicious prosecution claim, bank argues

( November 19, 2019, 22:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An ex-Citigroup foreign exchange trader has no basis for a malicious prosecution claim against the bank, Citigroup said. The trader, Rohan Ramchandani, has sued the bank for allegedly serving him up to US prosecutors investigating collusion among traders. Ramchandani, who was acquitted, has no legal basis to sue the bank, it argued in a court filing.See document below....
