Australia's CSR targeted by antitrust lawsuit on eve of merger with France's Saint-Gobain

According to filings made in the Federal Court of Australia this week, local building-materials supplier Australian Gypsum Industries has accused CSR of violating Section 46 of Australia’s Competition and Consumer Act, which prohibits the misuse of market power.
