Spanish pornography platforms must use age verification tool, Spanish government says

The tool, presented by minister José Luis Escrivá, aims to prevent minors from viewing adult content. This system is part of a broader effort to protect minors online, requiring service providers established in Spain to use the age verification tool. The application will store age credentials securely and uses two-factor authentication in order to assure that minors won’t have access to adult content.
