Mofcom publicizes Angang Steel, ThyssenKrupp deal for simple case review

( July 22, 2015, 10:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce publicized the proposed acquisition by Angang Steel Company of a 50-percent stake in ANSC-TKS (Changchun) Steel Logistics Company from German ThyssenKrupp for simple case review. ANSC-TKS (Changchun), which is a joint venture between Angang Steel and ThyssenKrupp, will be wholly owned by Angang Steel after the transaction.
