Spanish real-estate manager pays GDPR fine

( April 4, 2023, 12:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Real estate manager Enfoka Sistemas Globales has paid a fine of 18,000 euros imposed by the Spanish data protection authority for violating Article 6 of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. The company had signed on behalf of a tenant an electricity supply contract without prior knowledge and consent, the regulator said.
