EU releases decision on Hungarian food-supply-chain inspection fee, tobacco sales tax

( October 19, 2016, 14:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has published, in its Official Journal, the full text of its decision to block a Hungarian food supply-chain inspection fee and a turnover tax for tobacco products. The commission found that the measures favored companies with lower revenues.
