( May 12, 2011, 13:08 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Austrian Voestalpine has confirmed that one of its subsidiaries, TSTG Schienen Technik based in Duisburg, has been raided, after another affiliate was inspected yesterday.voestalpine AG hereby informs that the (German) Federal Cartel Office today (12/05/2011) conducted an inspection at the office of the rail producer TSTG Schienen Technik GmbH & Co KG in Duisburg. As for yesterday´s inspection at the offices of voestalpine Klöckner Bahntechnik GmbH the reason for the inspection are possible anti-competitive practices in the German market for rails.
