Kuraray-Calgon Carbon deal gets approval from Cfius

( March 6, 2018, 15:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A proposed transaction between Japanese company Kuraray and Calgon Carbon has received a green light from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US, Calgon Carbon said in a securities filing. The companies filed a notice with Cfius on Nov. 22 and received written notice the committee's review had concluded on March 5 with no "unresolved national security concerns," Calgon Carbon said.Excerpt....
