Caterpillar fails to get out of US monopolization case over heavy equipment

US District Judge Richard G. Andrews denied Caterpillar’s motion for summary judgment, finding there is enough to infer it conspired to remove ICP as a competitor in the market for the sale of new heavy construction equipment.
