The two reports reviewed 63 laws and regulations that can limit competition in the logistics sector, and another six on the the impact of state-owned enterprises and the application of competitive neutrality on small-package delivery services. During the launch, the head of the Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam, Hafimi Abdul Haadii, said competition policy and law cannot work in isolation and must be complemented by other related policies.
