( June 26, 2024, 16:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: European energy investors saw 26 EU member states declaring in an “Inter Se agreement” that the Energy Charter Treaty arbitration provisions do not apply in intra-EU disputes between a member state and an investor from another member state, Belgium has said in a statement. Hungary did not sign the declaration, MLex understands.
