Bank of America files reply in support of summary judgment in product-tying case

( February 26, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Bank of America filed a reply in support of its motion for summary judgment against claims that it unlawfully tied the issuance of a syndicated loan to broker/dealer services of its affiliate, Merrill Lynch. Bank of America says that Patrick R. Bray lacks standing to bring his antitrust claims because he was not a competitor of Merrill Lynch and his injuries were too remote from any alleged antitrust violation, and because he failed to show any harm to competition as opposed to just harm to himself.See document below....
