Signetique is a cloud hosting provider that offers virtual private server, dedicated server, cloud hosting, and managed services, and is Exabyte’s second acquisition in the city-state. Exabytes acquired Usonyx in August 2014. The acquisition gives Exabytes a 15-percent share of the Singapore hosting market and an immediate presence in Indonesia – the company’s next target for expansion. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed....
