EU court publishes Swiss International Air Lines emissions questions from UK court of appeal

( July 14, 2015, 10:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU Court of Justice has published questions from the Court of Appeal of England and Wales over a dispute with Swiss International Air Lines involving EU emission laws. The court has asked EU judges whether the airline has been subject to unfair treatment by being made to comply with the EU law.
