ECTA responds to EU telecom policy paper; seeks harmonized spectrum, adoption of new technologies

( June 25, 2024, 10:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Competitive Telecommunications Association has said in its response to the European Commission's policy paper — on the future of digital markets — that the EU executive has incorrectly analyzed the telecom market by assuming it's in a "poor state" and that rules ensuring wholesale access to incumbents' networks should be changed.
