Brazilian subsidiary of CCL Industries fined in corruption probe

The Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) applied the sanction in an early judgment on the case, which is a legal mechanism provided for in the Brazilian anti-corruption law that aims to speed up the resolution of investigations. Through this mechanism, the defendant admits responsibility for the harmful conduct and commits to repair the damage caused.
