Dutch veto of Mediq’s Eurocept Homecare takeover annulled by Rotterdam court

In 2021, the ACM said that the deal would have given Mediq a very strong position in the market for ambulatory infusion pumps. But in a ruling last week, judges quashed the veto, saying that the ACM hadn't properly defined the relevant product market.
