Airbnb 'cooperates' over platform updates to comply with EU consumer law

This includes consumers now being able to bring a case against Airbnb before the courts of their country of residence. They will also see the total price of a rental on the results page, including all applicable charges and fees, when searching for accommodation for specific dates.
