Tobii-Smartbox Assistive Technology concessions get extended UK deal review

The deadline has moved to Dec. 19 from Nov. 7. Tobii has challenged the Competition and Markets Authority's order requiring it to sell off Smartbox due to antitrust concerns. The transaction involves Tobii combining with Smartbox to provide communication hardware and software for digital communication, such as eye-gaze cameras.Statement follows.
