Facebook suspends Trump for at least 2 years, says it will be less deferential to politicians' speech

Whether Trump is allowed back onto the social media platform will depend on an assessment of "whether the risk to public safety has receded," said Nick Clegg, Facebook vice president of global affairs, in a blog post. The company will also start treating content from politicians with less deference, Clegg wrote.
