The judges reasoned that the initial fines imposed on the companies, including PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk and PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, could put their financial health at risk and potentially affect their workers. Manaek, a legal representative from KPPU, said the agency would study whether or not to appeal....
