​Guangdong court publishes ruling on Huawei-InterDigital SEP licensing

( April 18, 2014, 05:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Guangdong High People's Court has published its ruling in the dispute over licensing of standard-essential patents brought by Huawei against InterDigital. The court analyzed InterDigital's SEP licensing practices with other telecom manufacturers, finding that the US company did not license SEPs to Huawei on FRAND terms.
