Meta says in-app browser litigation should be dismissed for 'contradicted allegations'

The complaint’s theory that Meta secretly monitors and records iPhone users “down to the keystroke” in the in-app browser is based on a blog post that, Meta says, “expressly disavows any claim that Meta engages in the type of indiscriminate data collection Plaintiffs allege, and it specifically affirms that Meta is complying with Apple’s ATT policy.”See attached document. ...
