Nürburgring state aid appeal reaches EU's top court

( November 4, 2019, 09:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: NeXovation and German motorsport association Ja zum Nürburgring have appealed the EU General Court's decision to uphold a European Commission decision, which found parts of German government support granted to the Nürburgring complex to be incompatible with EU rules.
