( April 5, 2019, 23:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kimpton Hotel group misled its customers about the quality of its data security, which led to a data breach between August 10, 2016 and March 9, 2017 that exposed the data of millions of credit cards, alleges Jake Thomas of Mesa, Arizona. Thomas is among a group of plaintiffs that has filed class action litigation against Kimpton over the breach of their credit card data.
