By Serafina Smith ( September 12, 2022, 22:55 GMT | Insight) -- Oral arguments today from Altria and Juul in the US FTC's appeal in a case to block their merger focused on the timing of Altria’s move to pull e-cigarette products off the market and whether its plan to acquire a 35 percent minority stake in competitor Juul Labs informed that decision.
