ABB damages trial postponed to autumn 2017

By Sille Ruubel ( October 5, 2016, 16:22 GMT | Insight) -- The trial for BritNed’s cartel damages action against ABB has been postponed until the autumn of 2017, a London court ruled today. The Zurich-based engineering group is facing a lawsuit for its involvement in a power-cable cartel, fined by the European Commission in 2014.
