Amazon plans to invest EUR10 billion in German Cloud Infrastructure

( June 19, 2024, 15:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon Web Services (AWS) plans to promote Germany’s logistics network and cloud infrastructure by investing 10 billion euros in the country. The investment is expected to help hire 40,000 workers for three new future Fulfillment Centers, the company said in its press release. After the 7.8 billion euros Sovereign Cloud Investment given to Germany last month by AWS, the country is now confirmed to have 17.8 billion euros worth of planned funding.See official statement below....
