Whether the providers of generative AI applications will be criminalized alongside the sexual predators that manipulate them into producing this type of illegal content will be discussed in the coming months.Providers of generative AI applications like OpenAI’s ChatGPT could be criminalized alongside perpetrators when AI-generated child sexual abuse material is created.
