Pace's abuse claims against collecting society Buma rejected again, Dutch watchdog says

Dutch antitrust enforcers won't conduct any further investigation into Buma's behavior in the field of the management and exploitation of music copyrights, The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets has said. Pace had appealed the watchdog's initial decision that concluded there were insufficient indications of possible abuse of a dominant position. The ACM has now upheld its decision saying the objections submitted by Pace don't lead to a different conclusion.Press release follows in Dutch....
