Sodexo, Edenred, Up fined in Czechia for meal-voucher cartel conduct

The firms had coordinated their terms and conditions vis-à-vis retail chains, concerning the maximum number of meal vouchers allowed per purchase. Sodexo Pass, Edenred and Up disrupted competition on the market for issuing, selling and buying paper meal vouchers in Czechia, the watchdog said.
