G.U.E. agrees to dismiss case against Panasonic over in-flight gaming consoles

Tech and Panasonic Avionics have filed a stipulation to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice, G.U.E.'s antitrust allegations against Panasonic in the market for in-flight gaming consoles on long-haul passenger airlines. The action comes after G.U.E. and Panasonic notified US District Judge Cormac Carney in July that the companies had reached preliminary agreement regarding a settlement.  See attached motion for stipulated dismissal....
