Senators introduce bill to update Cfius review process

John Cornyn of Texas, Richard Burr of North Carolina and Dianne Feinstein of California have introduced a bill to "modernize and strengthen" review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States of mergers, acquisitions and other foreign investment, according to a release. The Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act would ensure the process addresses today's national security issues, the release said.Statement follows in full....
