German Competition Authority: BKartA approves Rewe’s acquisition of stake in Wasgau Food, but deepens antitrust investigation

But the regulator now needs to further investigate whether the co-operation between Rewe and Wasgau Produktions- und Handels AG does not lead to any antitrust problems.
