Banks ask court to reconsider finding of scienter in suit claiming Yen Libor, Euroyen Tibor manipulation

( April 11, 2014, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Mizuho Trust and Banking, Mizuho Bank, The Norinchukin Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Société Générale have filed a motion seeking reconsideration of its determination that the investor suing them for allegedly manipulating the Yin Libor and Euroyen Tibor. The complaint alleges no facts suggesting that each, or any, of them "made its Euroyen Tibor and/or Yen Libor submissions with an intent to manipulate Euroyen Tibor, Yen Libor, or the prices of Euroyen Tibor futures contracts," they said.See document below....
