Ceridian, Lookout agree to settle FTC data security complaints

( May 3, 2011, 11:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Two business services providers have agreed to settle US Federal Trade Commission charges alleging the companies, Ceridian Corporation and Lookout Services, failed to take reasonable data security measures to protect from outside attacks, contrary to statements claiming they would.
