Euranimi loses appeal of EU duties on stainless steel from India, Indonesia at court

In a judgment delivered today, the court rejected the appeal after concluding that Euranimi had failed to identify "facts" or "evidence that was allegedly distorted" by the EU's General Court.The judgment is attached.
