SEC filing: NYSE Euronext announces stock buy-back plan

Deutsche Boerse has also reported a buy-back plan of around 100 million euros. NYSE Euronext and Deutsche Boerse have agreed to coordinate their share buyback programs in order to preserve the ownership percentages of 40 percent and 60 percent to be held by former NYSE Euronext and Deutsche Boerse shareholders, respectively, in the combined company following the pending business combination.
