Infineon and Cypress filed HSR paperwork June 17, will seek Cfius review promptly

( July 2, 2019, 21:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Infineon and Cypress Semiconductor filed their Hart-Scott-Rodino paperwork with US antitrust agencies on June 17, Cypress said today in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The 30-day waiting period will expire just before midnight on July 17. The companies also said they will be filing for a national securitiy review of the deal with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States promptly.
