Apple experts communicated privately while preparing report, Epic tells Australian antitrust hearing

In a Federal Court of Australia hearing, Epic's lawyer questioned Greg Houston, an Australian-based economist, over an April email exchange he’d had with Apple’s US-based expert Lorin Hitt — an exchange that excluded other experts working on the report.
