Google sees three US plaintiffs voluntarily dismiss adtech monopolization claims without prejudice

( March 17, 2023, 22:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Plaintiffs Raintree Medical and Chiropractic Center LLC, Rodrock Chiropractic PA and Vitor Lindo voluntarily dismissed their claims against Google in a monopolization lawsuit over the company's digital advertising practices without prejudice. In separate filings to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the plaintiffs said their voluntary dismissal doesn't alter or affect the pendency of the claims of any other plaintiff in the litigation.See document below....
