Niantic files reply in support of dismissing trespass case

( February 15, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Niantic filed a reply in support of its motion to dismiss a proposed class action claiming that the company infringed their privacy by trespassing and inducing trespass on private property through its Pokemon Go game. Niantic says that many of the plaintiffs cannot allege they face a risk of ongoing harm, and they fail to plead a probability of future harm.
